Welcome to MtejaLink! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules for using our platform and services. Please read them carefully before signing up. By using MtejaLink, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who We Are
MtejaLink is a product of Lolla Technologies Ltd, part of the ABNO Group. We provide a customer connection platform that uses QR codes, subdomains and mobile tools to help businesses collect feedback, handle service requests, display menus and more.
2. Your Account
- • You must be at least 18 years old to open a business account.
- • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- • You are responsible for all activity under your account, even if done by your staff.
3. 14-Day Free Trial
- • You can use MtejaLink free for 14 days with no credit card required.
- • At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
- • If you do not upgrade, your account will be paused, but we may keep your data for 30 days in case you want to return.
4. Services We Provide
MtejaLink includes:
- • QR code generation for customer access.
- • Custom subdomain (e.g., yourbrand.mtejalink.com).
- • Location-aware feedback forms.
- • AI assistant and ticketing tools.
- • Menus, promotions and orders display.
- • Analytics on QR scans, feedback and ticket activity.
- • Optional advanced ticketing via Mteja360.
- • Website widget for customer touchpoints.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use MtejaLink for unlawful activities.
- • Upload harmful, offensive, or misleading content.
- • Misuse customer data collected through the platform.
6. Your Content
- • You own the content you upload (e.g., branding, menus, questions).
- • By uploading it, you give us permission to host and display it as needed for your service.
- • You must ensure you have the rights to use any logos, photos, or videos you upload.
7. Data Privacy & Compliance
- • We comply with GDPR, Kenya’s Data Protection Act and other applicable privacy laws.
- • MtejaLink uses Anonymous Customer IDs (MIDs) to protect customer identities.
- • We do not sell or misuse customer data.
- • You are responsible for ensuring your use of MtejaLink complies with data privacy laws in your country.
8. Payments & Billing (For Paid Plans)
- • Prices and payment terms are listed on our Pricing page.
- • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law.
- • Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
9. Service Availability
- • We aim for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
- • We may suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected issues.
10. Limitation of Liability
- • MtejaLink is provided “as is.”
- • We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, data loss, or misuse by third parties.
- • Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
11. Ending Your Account
- • You can close your account anytime by contacting support.
- • We may close your account if you violate these Terms.
- • On closure, your data may be kept for 30 days before being deleted.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via the platform before changes take effect.
